X owner Elon Musk on Thursday said he would unban conservative commentator Nick Fuentes as he "cannot claim to be a defender of free speech, but then permanently ban someone who hasn't violated the law."

It's been 10 hours since Musk said he would unban Fuentes and he still remains banned. Hopefully, he follows through and also makes good on his previous pledge in 2022 to do a "general amnesty."
