Ukraine is facing a terrible crisis: a lack of widespread "transgender acceptance."

"Transgender acceptance in Ukraine is not widespread, and changing legal documents to match gender requires a long process with psychiatric examinations," CBS News reported on Tuesday as Russia was laying siege to Kharkiv and Kiev.
