Remember how we were told Donald Trump was an embarrassment on the world stage?

The Biden regime wants a trangender activist who supports child genital mutilation and the drugging of children with puberty blockers to be the second in command at the Department of Health and Human Services.

There's nothing "complex" about supporting child genital mutilation and radical medical experimentation on kids.

It's a very simple issue -- Levine is all for it.
