Is This Why The Media Focuses So Hard On Doxing People And Manufacturing Phony Outrage?

James Damore of Google diversity memo fame tweeted this gem out on Thursday...

Quoting from an article in Forbes, Damore wrote: "Google found the #1 trait of effective teams is feeling ''safe' enough to take an interpersonal risk [...] to voice their opinions, even if it goes against the group [...] without fear of retribution or adverse impact to your reputation.' "

The irony was lost on no one as Google fired Damore over his diversity memo which circulated internally among their employees.

If people feeling "'safe' enough to take an interpersonal risk [...] to voice their opinions, even if it goes against the group [...] without fear of retribution or adverse impact to your reputation" is what creates effective teams, it follows that you'd want to create the exact opposite environment for your enemies -- which just so happens to be the exact environment most right-leaning Americans now find themselves in.

Multibillion dollar megacorporations, including Google, now operate as Orwellian thought police who deplatform, demonetize and dox people for voicing their politically incorrect opinions which go against the prog-establishment's group think.

As I reported last month, The Daily Beast targeted a pasty chef who works at a chocolate shop in Mar-a-Lago for allegedly believing in the QAnon conspiracy theory:

The climate of fear these journos and Big Tech have created in America and Europe is straight out of the Chinese cultural revolution.

These "elites" know this is damaging our society but they don't care because they appear to view the average American as their enemy.
