![]() Fletcher police officer Adam White stopped Highway Patrol trooper Sergeant Kevin Bray, for allegedly speeding 99 miles per hour down Mills Gap Road on Tuesday. Sergeant Bray was off-duty and was not driving a state car. He also did not have his driver's license with him. Following a conversation with the trooper, White did not issue a citation. The District Attorney disagrees with the decision. If traffic charges are filed, they're likely to be speeding and driving without possession of a license. Both charges are misdemeanors.
