![]() SPOKANE, Wash. - A Spokane City Police Department Lieutenant who supervised traffic enforcement officers has been demoted - for speeding. Lt. Dean Sprague was demoted two ranks to detective for twice speeding in excess of 100 miles an hour. One incident happened while he was on his way to an enforcement traffic safety conference. Spokane Police say the infractions violated the basic tenets of public safety. |
