Zionist billionaire Bill Ackman "hammered" Charlie Kirk during an August "intervention" in the Hamptons for platforming critics of Israel at TPUSA events, journalist Max Blumenthal reports.

"Ackman, according to multiple sources, had this meeting to basically bully Charlie Kirk into submission," Blumenthal told Judge Napolitano in an interview on Monday.

"Charlie Kirk walked away [from the meeting], according to one person, feeling like there was an attempt to blackmail him," he said.

"He refused any offers of funding, and also refused the offer to travel to Israel and meet with Netanyahu," Blumenthal said.

From The Grayzone, "Billionaire Bill Ackman convened stormy Israel ‘intervention’ with Charlie Kirk, sources say":
When his hosts presented him with a detailed list of every offense he supposedly committed against Israel, Kirk was “horrified,” said one person. At one point, according to another source, Ackman angrily chastised Kirk for his disobedience. The Zionist billionaire also allegedly demanded Kirk rescind his invitation for Tucker Carlson to speak at his upcoming America Fest 2025 in December.

The Grayzone reported on September 12, citing an associate of Kirk, that Netanyahu had offered to organize a massive infusion of pro-Israel money into TPUSA, and that Kirk refused. Another longtime friend of Kirk has told The Grayzone that the conservative activist also rejected an offer Netanyahu delivered two weeks before his death to meet with him in Jerusalem.

Kirk, according to one person with inside knowledge of the meeting with Ackman, said he left feeling as though he’d been subjected to “blackmail.”

In a series of text messages with The Grayzone, Ackman described these accounts of his meeting with Kirk as “totally false.” He pledged to release a public statement providing his own account of the event, but refused The Grayzone’s request for clarification or further details. He would not accept phone calls from this reporter.

“I think I can easily put this to bed,” Ackman promised, “I have receipts as they say.” He did not abide when asked to provide the so-called “receipts.”

Blumenthal said on X he learned more about the Hamptons meeting after publishing the piece from a source at the event.

"...Ackman convened the influencers under the auspices of a discussion about Zohran Mamdani and the supposed threat he posed to the West if elected mayor of New York. But the meeting went off the rails when Ackman personally confronted Kirk about his views on Israel. An unknown British woman joined in the argument, and began 'screaming' at Kirk, according to the attendee," Blumenthal wrote, citing the source.

Candace Owens made similar accusations during her show on Monday:

Tucker Carlson also said similar on Kirk's show Monday, which was being hosted by Vice President JD Vance.

Israeli agent Rabbi Pesach Wolicki, specifically to push back against claims that Charlie Kirk was breaking from Israel before his death, put forward a story on Sunday claiming that he had a meeting with Kirk and Josh Hammer on Tuesday, just hours before his death, to provide Kirk with hasbara training.

Wolicki works with Hammer through his group Israel365.

"I was also part of this meeting the night before the assassination," Hammer said Sunday on X. "Those maliciously claiming Charlie was heading in a [Nick] Fuentes direction on this issue have no idea what the hell they are talking about."

Israel365 has a contract with the Israeli government to fly MAGA and pro-Trump influencers to Israel for hasbara tours.

Despite coming at the story from a different angle, Wolicki appears to have been referencing many of the same events during a statement he put out Sunday on YouTube.

As I highlighted on X, Wolicki said, "It really hurt [Charlie] when the Jewish community came down on him for platforming certain speakers at his last conference who were anti-Israel."
"I was not happy that Charlie had given the stage to people like Tucker Carlson, who were spewing venom about the Jewish state..."

"He really believed—to a fault, I believe—in allowing every voice to be heard..."

"There were many prominent people in the America First movement who would privately speak to Charlie and message him, trying to get him to drop his support for Israel..."
WATCH:

"The only person in [the America First/MAGA movement] who had credibility and respect and the ability to speak to all the groups in the movement to unify them all was Charlie Kirk," Wolicki said.

"I fear for the cohesion of that movement, of that powerful and important political movement, with Charlie gone. I also fear for support for Israel within that movement, where we see the younger generation in the politically conservative movement in America are moving away from support for Israel," he added.

He first put out the story in the New York Post:
Rabbi Pesach Wolicki, 55, an American-born cleric who lives in Israel, met with Kirk via Zoom on Tuesday night.

"He was excited to get back out on the campus tour," said Wolicki, who said he often spoke to Kirk before public appearances to advise him on how to "defend Israel effectively."

[...] "He was working out talking points, playing the role of devil’s advocate, pushing us on these issues, trying to sharpen the iron," said Wolicki, who specializes in Jewish-Christian relations.

"He was in a combative mood," recalled the rabbi, "which is good. He was preparing for debates and attacks."
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu went on Fox News on Thursday, before a suspect had been named, to declare that Charlie Kirk's killer was connected to an alliance between "radical Islamists" and "ultra-progressives."

Netanyahu went on Newsmax later in the day to deny claims that Israel was behind Kirk's assassination.

Utah man Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested in the killing of Kirk on Friday. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox told the media on Saturday that Robinson "was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology."

Cox said Sunday that Robinson lived with a "roommate" who authorities can confirm is "a boyfriend who is transitioning from male to female."

The Washington Post reported on Monday that Robinson appeared to confess to the shooting in a chat on Discord just two hours before his arrest.

"Hey guys, I have bad news for you all," an account allegedly belonging to Robinson said in a message to a small private group of online friends on Discord on Thursday night. "It was me at UVU yesterday. im sorry for all of this."

"The suspect specifically stated he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and he was going to do that," FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox News on Monday night. "When he was asked why, he said, 'Some hatred cannot be negotiated with.'"

The investigation is ongoing.

UPDATE: Ackman on Monday night denied the accusations made by Candace Owens in a lengthy statement on X:

Ackman wrote in full:
This afternoon @RealCandaceO slandered me by accusing me of 'staging an intervention' with Charlie Kirk in which 'threats were made' with respect to his supposed 'evolving stance' on Israel at an event I hosted in the Hamptons. Candace also intimated that I 'blackmail[ed]' Charlie.

On the show, Candace said that she 'would be very happy for me to dispute this narrative.' While it pains me to drive more traffic to her program, I am responding here to clear my name. It saddens me that we live in a society where social media influencers seek to monetize the tragic death of Charlie Kirk.

For the record, at no time have I ever threatened Charlie Kirk, Turning Point or anyone associated with him. I have never blackmailed anyone, let alone Charlie Kirk. I have never offered Charlie or Turning Point any money in an attempt to influence Charlie's opinion on anything. In fact, my interactions with Charlie Kirk have been extremely cordial, albeit limited, regretfully so, as I was very impressed by him and his work and I will sadly never see him again.

In an effort to clear the record, I share the following:

I have followed @charliekirk11 on @X for some time and greatly admired him. While I didn't agree with Charlie on every issue, I had enormous respect for his intelligence, vast knowledge about religion, and his willingness to take on all comers in open mic sessions on campus and otherwise. Periodically, I would repost some of his posts and video clips.

I connected with Charlie when he DM'd me in late May of this year and expressed interest in meeting me. In light of our respective schedules, we were unable to find a time to meet in person so we scheduled a zoom on June 11th.

On the zoom, he explained to me that conservatives, in particular, young conservatives were getting tired of defending Israel, and this was very concerning to him. I asked him how I could learn more, and he suggested that it might be useful to convene a group of young conservative influencers on a host of topics that could include Israel to get a better sense of how the conservative community was thinking about Israel and other relevant issues of concern to young people.

On the zoom, Charlie also said that his open mic conversations on campus were very effective in addressing issues on the minds of students, but he was only one person with limited bandwidth. He suggested that recruiting a group of junior Charlie Kirk's who could host open mic sessions on college campuses would be an effective way to encourage debate on a host of issues, an approach he believed to be worthy of consideration, and better enable students to get to the truth.

I expressed interest in learning more and we thereafter scheduled a series of conference calls and zooms with Charlie, Turning Point staff and members of my team in an effort to assemble a diverse group of influencers who we could convene for a day and a half session. In addition to getting a better sense of what and where young conservatives were on various issues, Charlie thought doing so might enable him to identify potential candidates who could launch their own campus tours and carry forth his approach to dialogue.

We chose the afternoon of August 4th to the afternoon of the 5th for the convening, and Charlie and members of my team worked to put together an invitation list. I offered to host the sessions in Bridgehampton (and cover the costs) so that I could attend some of the sessions as I was working from there at that time.

Charlie sent out the invitations and about 35 or so influencers accepted. Charlie estimated that the influencers who attended collectively had more than 100 million followers.

Charlie and Turning Point put together the agenda for the meeting and the topics were:

The Economic Future of America
The Cultural Landscape of Dating and Marriage
The Convergence of East and West
Mamdani, the New Threat to America

Charlie asked me to moderate the Economic Future discussion which I did, and I thereafter hosted a Q&A session with the participants.

The Convergence of East and West included a discussion of immigration, value systems, the U.S. approach to foreign policy and Israel. While I had wanted to attend the Convergence panel, I had a board meeting that conflicted with this session.

Those that attended this session said that the Israel discussion was similar to the other sessions with the attendees expressing varying points of view as well as explaining the views of their followers. Some participants were critical of Israel and U.S. support for Israel, and others were supportive.

The sessions were punctuated by meals. I attended one group lunch and a group dinner where I sat with Charlie and others.

I found the sessions I attended interesting and I really enjoyed meeting the influencers. It gave me considerable perspective on what is on the mind of young Americans on a wide range of issues.

At the end of the event, I sat with Charlie and members of my team and we discussed the events of the convening. Charlie believed that he had identified a number of potential Turning Point ambassadors who could launch open mic events on campus and that he would follow up with them. We agreed to keep in touch thereafter.

We corresponded by text thereafter over the next few weeks on a range of topics that did not include Israel, and the next thing I knew, he was gone.

In short, this was not an 'intervention' to 'blackmail' Charlie Kirk into adopting certain views on Israel. It was nothing of the sort.
Candace Owens pushed back in a statement on X:

Owens wrote:
Let’s clarify.

1) Check your ego. I do not need you to make my platform bigger. Don’t confuse your mysterious wealth with influence. You were contacted with plenty of time to respond with your “receipts” and did not.

2) I know feigning victimhood is kind of an Israeli-brand thing but…I was clear that Charlie felt blackmailed by the offer to fund TPUSA, which he refused. No one said “Bill Ackman blackmailed Charlie Kirk”. Try to resist the urge to rewrite history.

3) People in attendance characterized it as an intervention. Josh Hammer and Seth Dillon, (according to attendees) were especially disappointed that Charlie expressed his frustration with Bibi Netanyahu and what would happen if he publicly criticized him.

4) Nothing else in your overly-worded response disputes that Charlie was pressed by you and others about his viewpoints on Israel and about Tucker Carlson, or Bibi’s phone call. Try to stay focused and answer the questions.

5) As a follow up and separate question, do you know anything about the alleged 150 million dollars Bibi offered for an anti-Tucker Carlson campaign?

DMs open.
"Ackman a few hours ago to me: the story is 'totally false... I think I can easily put this to bed. I have receipts as they say," Max Blumenthal said in response to Ackman's statement. "Ackman just now: a vaguely worded confirmation of my report, but without acknowledging its existence."

UPDATE II:

"I’ve been informed by someone present at the Hamptons retreat that the British woman “screaming” at Charlie Kirk about Israel was Natasha Hausdorff, a mouthpiece for UK Lawyers for Israel Trust and ally of Douglass Murray," Blumenthal reported Tuesday. "Haussdorf lit a torch at Israel’s 'Independence' Day 2025."
