Florida ballot measures to legalize recreational marijuana and establish a "constitutional right" to an abortion narrowly failed to pass on Tuesday. The measures required a 60 percent supermajority to pass but came up short:

Biden won Miami-Dade by 7 points in 2020 only for Harris to lose by 11 points just four years later.
