From The Daily Mail, "Capitol Police will NOT charge Democrat's aide who made viral gay sex tape in a Senate hearing room: Suspects 'refused' to speak with investigators despite there being 'no evidence' of a crime police reveal": The U.S. Capitol Police announced it will not charge a Democrat congressional aide who was fired for filming a gay sex tape in the Senate because 'no crime' was committed.They literally filmed the crime they committed on tape and uploaded it to the internet "in a private group for gay men in politics" but according to the Capitol Police there's "no evidence."
