Capitol Police Decline to Charge Senate Staffer Who Filmed Gay Sex Tape in Senate Hearing Room

Though Trump supporters are still being arrested years later for walking through the Capitol building on January 6th, the Democratic staffer who disgraced the Capitol last month by filming a gay sex tape inside the Senate hearing room will not face any punishment.

The U.S. Capitol Police announced it will not charge a Democrat congressional aide who was fired for filming a gay sex tape in the Senate because 'no crime' was committed.

Aidan Maese-Czeropski, 24, was fired by Maryland Senator Ben Cardin in December, less than a day after a lewd video showing two men having sex in a Senate hearing room was exposed.

He was facing possible criminal charges after his X-rated clip swept the internet.

The Capitol Police were investigating the explicit incident, which occurred in the same room where Supreme Court justice nominees are grilled by senators, but announced Thursday it was closing the investigation.

'For now, we are closing the investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding a sex video that was recorded inside the Hart Senate Office Building on the morning of Wednesday, December 13,' Capitol Police wrote in a statement.

The investigation was closed due to there being 'no evidence a crime was committed,' despite the act being 'a violation of Congressional policy' because the aide had access to the committee room.

They literally filmed the crime they committed on tape and uploaded it to the internet "in a private group for gay men in politics" but according to the Capitol Police there's "no evidence."

I wonder if any members of the Capitol Police are part of this "private group" and fear getting outed?
