Levine was responding to news that a federal judge in Tennessee temporarily blocked the Biden regime's radical transgender policies allowing transgender workers and students to use bathrooms of the opposite sex in schools and compete in sports with the opposite sex. The Biden regime declared in April that sex change surgeries for children are "life saving" and threatened that the Department of Justice will hold states "accountable" for banning the macabre procedures.
Then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki broke down in tears over the prospect that children could be banned from getting sex changes until they're adults.
HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra said for the record in April that he will do "everything [he] can" to ensure children can get sex changes.
Biden himself told the parents of "transgender" children that "affirming your child's identity is one of the most powerful things you can do to keep them safe."
