Mark and Patricia McCloskey decided to accept what appears to be a decent plea deal in order to move on with their lives and focus on Mark McCloskey's run for Senate.

From Fox 2 Now, "Gun-waving couple pleads guilty to misdemeanors; forfeit guns":
Mark and Patricia McCloskey both plead guilty today for their roles in waving guns at protesters outside their Central West End home last year.

Mark McCloskey pleaded guilty to a Class C misdemeanor of 4th degree assault. He faces faces a $750 fine and no jail time.

Patricia McCloskey pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor of second-degree harassment. She was fined $2,000 and will not face jail time.

They both consent to forfeit their guns to be destroyed.

Last month, a special prosecutor amended the charges against Patricia McCloskey. He filed a new indictment giving jurors the alternative of convicting McCloskey of misdemeanor harassment instead of the weapons charge.
Mark McCloskey addressed the plea deal in a defiant statement on Twitter:

The McCloskeys did nothing wrong!
