"Merry Impeachmas From The WaPo Team!" WaPo Reporters Celebrate Trump's Impeachment

Washington Post reporter and CNN political analyst Rachael Bade tweeted out an image of herself and four fellow Post reporters celebrating news of Trump's impeachment by the House on Wednesday.

"Merry Impeachmas from the WaPo team!" Bade said, "[Washington Post reporter Paul Kane] is buying ... w/⁦ [reporter Karoun Demirjian] ⁦[reporter Seung Min Kim]⁩ [⁦reporter Mike DeBonis]."

The photo showed them all savoring the moment with several drinking beers.

Bade deleted the tweet after getting backlash but not before it was archived.

In a follow-up tweet, Bade wrote: "I’m deleting a tweeting tonight that is being misinterpreted by some as an endorsement of some kind. To be absolutely clear, we at the Post are merely glad we are getting a break for the holidays after a long 3 months. I will retweet the group photo w/ a better caption !"

She's yet to reupload the photo and for some reason I don't think she is going to.
