Family members everywhere worry about loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer's suddenly taking off on their own. Having an international border close by raises the stakes.

Well, I'm sold!

Is that a big problem, really? We have hundreds of dementia patients strorming the border??? NYT tries to create a new thing about a non-problem yet ignores the daily problem of the ongoing problem of actual border crossings.
