YouTube Finally Caves and Gives Gavin McInnes His Account Back

After days of refusing to reinstate his account, even after it was proven the copyright claim against him was bogus, YouTube has finally caved and given Gavin McInnes his channel back.

McInnes has been the victim of a prolonged and ruthless attack on his character by the liberal media.

The account had been banned after Yellow Brand Protection erroneously put in a copyright violation claim against McInnes on behalf of Vans. When contacted by email, the company told McInnes that it was done by mistake and that they would be retracting the claim.

Dear Mr. McInnes,

I can assure you this was not intentional. We are a brand protection company. We are not in cahoots with Vans, Inc. We are not trying to sabotage your career.

This was a mistake in our system that grouped your video URLs into our enforcement by mistake.

Can you please confirm if your videos have been reinstated? If not, we’d like to follow up with Youtube right away to get this resolved.
