![]() Venezuela has said it would throw in jail any U.S. official caught spying on its military. President Hugo Chavez issued the warning Friday at the World Social Forum in Caracas, the BBC reports. Vice President Jose Vicente Rangel said Thursday that some U.S. officers were detained for passing information to the Pentagon and had since left Venezuela. The U.S. Embassy has denied any wrongdoing and called the issue an "internal matter" for Venezuela. |
