 "Anti-Trump protesters clash with Trump supporters outside of the Trump rally in St. Louis." Apparently the African-American man in the white outfit got attacked and left the event covered in blood. His name is Anthony Cage and he was one of the protesters thrown out during Trump's event. While video shows he was detained he was treated for his injuries and was reportedly not arrested.
