Police have released video of a gang of youths attacking a marine after allegedly asking him "do you believe black lives matter?" The video shows one of the men sucker-punched Christopher Marquez in the back of the head as he left the premises of the McDonald's in DC he was eating at last Friday. After being knocked out, a second man is seen robbing him while he lay practically motionless, then as he regains consciousness three members of the group, including the initial assailant and another female, one at a time decide to kick him in the head. Police are asking for anyone who can identify the suspects to come forward. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying and locating three persons of interest in reference to an Aggravated Assault and Robbery (Pickpocket) incident which occurred in the 900 block of E Street, NW, on Friday, February 12, 2016 at approximately 9:40 PM. The subjects were captured by the establishment's surveillance cameras. |
