![]() SAPULPA, Okla. - A former Oklahoma state trooper will stand trial for the rape of a woman during a traffic stop. Eric Roberts, 42, was charged in October 2014 with incidents involving three different woman resulting in 10 felonies, including multiple counts of second-degree rape, rape by instrumentation and sexual battery. The charges stemmed from a federal lawsuit filed in August 2014 in which a woman claimed Roberts raped her during a traffic stop. Two other victims soon made similar claims. Read More |
