Cui Bono? (Who Benifits?) -- Kidnapping Blair's child would obviously only unite people against your cause. This is most likely staged or a set-up (or both).
Now we can look forward to mindless idiots thinking if you believe "Britain is needlessly creating a nation of children without parents and parents without children." you're a child kidnapper.British police have thwarted a plot by a renegade sect of a fathers' rights movement to kidnap Tony Blair's son Leo.

A statement on the home page of Fathers 4 Justice says they are "suspending the operations of the group pending enquiries into allegations contained on the cover of this mornings Sun Newspaper that 'extremist sympathizers' associated with the group had planned to kidnap the Prime Minister's Son, Leo Blair."

Fathers 4 Justice, founded by Matt O'Connor, believes that "Britain is needlessly creating a nation of children without parents and parents without children."

If the police are to be believed, extremists sympathisers of the group sought to hold the younger Blair for a short while to highlight the plight of estranged fathers.

O'Connor confirmed they had been experiencing increasing trouble with a "dark underbelly" in the group.

"There are some ex-members who we turfed out last year," he said. "We had a bit of a clear-out in May of people who wanted to take the organisation on a more militant route."
