 A Fredericksburg police officer recently resigned, following claims of police brutality, a video released on Saturday shows the incident in which the officer tasers and pepper-sprays an innocent black man suffering from a medical emergency, before forcing him to the ground next to his car which ran over the man's foot. The man, David Washington, had previously struck another car and responded slowly to the armed officers that arrived to the scene, as he had suffered from a stroke.
