 In this amazing video out of Sidney, Nebraska, "Police officer Tobler badge #612" flips out on a man for copwatching and goes absolutely insane screaming at him and cursing at him at the top of his lungs while threatening to arrest him for "obstruction." The officer even violently throws something at the man in his car. His fellow officer actually takes it upon himself to step in and calm the enraged officer down. It's 10 out of 10 hilarious, and it's a perfect example how the exact people who are least qualified to be police officers are the ones most attracted to the job.
