![]() The dash cam video contains footage of the police harassing Chavis Carter for pot, the police can be heard talking to him and his acquaintances for several minutes, for whatever reason there is reportedly no audio of the shooting, nor the aftermath when police "discovered" him. Via WMCTV: The audio on this dash cam is inaudible at times, but parts of the conversation can be heard. Highly suspect, to say the least.
