![]() PORTLAND -- Neighbors of a man shot by Washington County tactical officers serving a search warrant Tuesday night said he was trying to protect his home from what he thought were intruders outside his home. The officers were in the midst of serving a search warrant at an unrelated address in the New Columbia housing complex when they shot Aberto Flores-Haro, 31. Police said they identified themselves and Flores-Haro did not obey their commands. He was taken to a hospital in serious condition. Read More |
