Police Unleash Dog to Maul 15-Year-Old, Joke & Laugh About It: Report

HOUSTON - Only on FOX: Parents say a police K-9 unit dog attacked their 15-year-old son while officers stood by joking and laughing about the incident.

Chris Garcia, who could barely move, showed FOX 26 News the dog scratches and bite marks along the left side of his body.

"The dog is biting me ... I'm over here showing my hands and they're still letting the dog bite me," said Garcia. This after officers with the Houston Police Department says the teen drove away from them in a stolen vehicle.

Garcia admits he has never been in trouble with the law that is why he acted out of fear, and added, "I got nervous, I got out of the car and I took off running and my friend took off the other way."
