![]() CLEVELAND - A naked man who was stunned with a Taser gun by Cleveland police Monday night had a repeat performance the following night. Police say a man walked into the police station Tuesday night and said that a man tried to pull him out of his car and bite his head. Then, police received a 911 call from a person saying a man was trying to kick in a door. When police arrived, they found the suspect, 30-year-old Brian Weems, who again was naked. Police say Weems was non-compliant so officers stunned him once. As they tried to cuff him, he was still fighting with them, so they stunned him two more times. Weems was also arrested Monday night after an incident took place during trick-or-treating hours. Weems was treated Monday night for possible PCP use. This is the first time police used the Taser guns on a suspect since they were issued the weapons last week. |
