![]() CENTER — Charges have been filed in Saguache County against Center Police Chief LeRoy Torres and Officer Carlos Dean Heredia. The initial incident allegedly involved Heredia repeatedly using a Taser on Jaime Aguilar during an alleged domestic violence call.
