![]() Disabled Nashville, Tennessee resident Craig O'brien was hit by a truck at Charlotte and 20th North streets on Tuesday. While O'brien was being taken to the hospital, Metro Police impounded his wheelchair claiming they had no choice since it would not fit in a squad car. After receiving medical treatment, O'brien was charged $85 to retrieve his own property, now severely damaged."I would have thought that they would have got it to the repair shop for nothing, but I guess that's back to that perfect world thing," O'brien told WTVF-TV.
