Lawyers for a New York man arrested Monday on felony drug charges say police are retaliating against their client for filing a $30 million lawsuit against Nassau County and six police officers back in August that claimed he was unnecessarily shot and beaten during a Bayville traffic stop.
Police in Pennsylvania may no longer withhold their dashcam recordings from the public under an appellate ruling handed down on Monday. A three-judge panel of the Commonwealth Court said the Pennsylvania State Police was wrong to deny a motorist's request for the video recording of a traffic stop.

Owasso, OK -- Owasso police officer, Mike Denton, was fired in 2011 after body cam and surveillance footage showed him stomping on a handcuffed man's head and then repeatedly elbowing him in the face.
The victim was Brian Spalding.
Spalding's arrest was caught on all of the officer's lapel cams and paints a clear picture of excessive force, justifying the city's response of firing Denton.

Maurice Neblett was just settling into bed on the night of February 14, 2014, when police executed a 'no knock' warrant. Richmond police officers were looking for marijuana when they kicked in his door. The only problem was, the warrant listed the wrong address.
Once inside, the officers placed Neblett in a chokehold and began beating him -- striking him with their fists, feet, knees and blunt instruments. He was also pistol-whipped by police.

Houston, TX – ATF Agent Marc Delpit is now facing an aggravated assault charge after he beat up a man at his son’s football game and pulled a gun on a crowd of bystanders during the struggle.
