A few days ago a Rhode Island police officer was charged for choking a 9-year-old girl he got in an argument with, now a Utah cop is being charged for violently choking a 4-year-old boy in his care that "frustrated" him.
SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A Summit County Sheriff's deputy is facing felony child abuse charges. Corey Staley resigned on his own when the investigation was launched.

A probable cause statement first made public this week states, "On April 12, 2012 in Summit County, the defendant, while caring for a 4 year old male child, was frustrated and choked the child with enough force to leave marks and scratches."

It continues, "The defendant also twisted the child's arm, also causing injury...the defendant choked the crying 4 year old in front of a 6 year old witness."

No children are safe.
