Bank of America this week announced a new racial spoils program involving handing out "zero down payment, zero closing cost" mortgage advances for first-time homebuyers targeted specifically at "certain Black/African American and/or Hispanic-Latino neighborhoods." Whereas Pfizer embraced open anti-white discrimination with their new "Breakthrough Fellowship" exclusively for "minorities," Bank of America made more of an effort to avoid getting sued under anti-discrimination laws. From BoA, "Bank of America Introduces Community Affordable Loan Solution™ to Expand Homeownership Opportunities in Black/African American and Hispanic-Latino Communities": Bank of America today announced a new zero down payment, zero closing cost mortgage solution for first-time homebuyers, which will be available in designated markets, including certain Black/African American and/or Hispanic-Latino neighborhoods in Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles and Miami. The Community Affordable Loan Solution™ aims to help eligible individuals and families obtain an affordable loan to purchase a home.If you're a white person in these areas, you should strongly consider applying for these programs. If you get them, that's great. If you don't, sue them. Conservative lawyer Harmeet Dhillon has expressed a willingness to take up similar cases in the past, as has former Trump admin official Stephen Miller with his new group America First Legal.
