Natalie Shull recently received a call from the probation office in the U.S. District Court in Columbus. The office wanted her opinion about what should happen to former State Highway Patrol Trooper Bryan D. Lee. Lee was on patrol in 2010 when Shull drove her car off the road after a night of drinking. Instead of arresting her for drunken driving, Lee cuffed Shull’s hands behind her back, bent her over the front of his cruiser — making sure he was out of view of his car’s dash-cam video recorder — and slipped his hands inside her shirt to grope her bare breasts while rubbing his crotch against her hands.
