Under Atlanta's new rules, the more police extort from the general public through traffic tickets, the more money they will make.
ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News has obtained an email sent to Atlanta police that says traffic ticket money will fund future pay raises.In response to this email surfacing, the mayor's office denied that giving police a financial incentive to write more tickets will cause them to write more tickets.
Yes, they really think the general public is that stupid.
