Welcome to the wondrous world our government's paranoid snitch culture has created. Via the Olympian: A typical Tuesday morning for 42-year-old Michael Di Marzo quickly became a citywide multi-jurisdictional manhunt for him and what witnesses thought was a assault rifle in his hand. The man was tracked by a police helicopter to his home, also the police had reportedly already got footage of him from when he was on a city bus. The article doesn't say what happened after police arrived at his home, but fortunately he wasn't shot. The police encouraged citizens to keep calling them despite this tip from a high school student being dead wrong, they say it's better to call in a false tip than not call. I would strongly disagree, these days calling the police on someone is tantamount to attempted murder. _ Chris runs the website InformationLiberation.com, you can read more of his writings here.
