Video: Chicago Cop Shoves Man's Head Into Wall & Arrests Him For 'Snatching' Back ID After TicketingChris | InformationLiberation

In this video out of Chicago, a Chicago police officer arrests a man for "snatching" back his ID when the cop handed it back to him after ticketing him. After the man "snatches" his ID back, the cop grabs him by his neck and shoves his head into a wall, at which point the cop can be heard saying, "don't snatch anything from me, now you're under arrest."
It's not enough to extort tax-slaves through the ransom of arbitrary tickets, you have to assure they lick your boots while you rob them.
