Man Found Dead on Beach After 5 Days in Jail for Not Signing a Skateboarding Ticket

OCEANSIDE, Calif. A 25-year-old North County man was found dead on the beach after being released from five days in jail for a skateboarding ticket, and his parents want to know what caused the tragedy.

Kevin Fuzi was on his way to visit friends in Riverside County when he received a ticket for skateboarding at the Oceanside train station.

The police report on the incident revealed that Fuzi refused to sign the ticket, prompting police to arrest him. He was taken to the Vista jail, where he served five days.

687 san diego county brainwashed myopic pigs with egos to match run the jail system and are headed by know ruby ridge,waco.when i was falsely arrested and had a stroke while in their sd jail they denied me medical attention i ask over intercom and put me on the street and are still ignoring complaints i.a. sucks and I am not going away.I am lucky to be alive.they are trained to deny,lie.and grant each other alibi;s and ignore their own fucked up behavour.

678 Suppose you go to jail, and the judge gives you $200 bail, and you refuse to pay that, whose fault is that? It's yours. You have no grounds for complaint about staying in jail for a month after refusing to give bond.

Signing a ticket is bond: Your promise to show up in court. If you sign the ticket, they let you go on with your life because you've given bond. Refuse to sign, refuse to give bond? It is YOUR fault you are in jail!

And what is it with all these refusals to sign tickets, recently? Did someone somewhere give a seminar? Where they taught: "It's better to go to jail than to sign a ticket?" If there was, the presenter is a moron, and he's looking to multiply. Someone should stop him before he degrades the intelligence of the whole human race.
