Police Officer Who Threatened Concealed-Carry Driver With Execution Given Job Back

On June 8, 2011 the following unfortunate arrest took place in Canton, OH. Notifying the police when you have a firearm is required by Ohio Law, but when this individual with a thirty-day old license tries to do that he is repeatedly ordered to look away, shut up, or interrupted and "forced" to change what he is speaking about by the actions of an aggressive cop who maintains verbal control of the situation.
A two man car dealing with three people put itself at risk when one officer started what appears to be an illegal search of the rear of the car without extracting or securing the driver - which would have given him an opportunity to notify.
What follows is horrific example of a police officer losing all self-control, threatening to beat the female, threatening to beat the driver and eventually saying he should have executed him "and wouldn't have lost any sleep over it" that night.
This psychotic criminal cop was just given his job back thanks to an "arbitrator."
CANTON — Fired police officer Daniel Harless could get his job back if he gets medical clearance to return to work.
An arbitrator hearing Harless’ appeal ruled in the former patrolman’s favor. The 15-page ruling was dated Saturday and released by the city Wednesday.
Harless’ attorney indicated his client is unlikely to seek his old job, at least for now. He has been receiving workers’ compensation and has applied for a disability retirement pension.
But Harless now has the right to be back on the job, according to arbitrator Harry Graham.
There is no limit to these people's criminality. For his criminal behavior he was rewarded with a year long paid vacation, and soon he'll likely be collecting a disability retirement pension as well (which is around 80-90% of his last full time salary). Police are not here to "protect and serve," they're here to violently enforce the arbitrary edicts of scumbag politicians.
