A mentally unstable Miami Beach police officer, identified as Kenneth MacLeod, was filmed going on a psychotic tirade against a young man, Albert Valdes, for sarcastically saying "god bless you" after the officer wrote him a $1,000 ticket for having his license plate accidentally flipped up. The officer, who appears to be experiencing a bout of roid-rage, threatened to throw Valdes in jail for being a "sarcastic bitch," noting that he will be "fucking a bigger bitch," which he promptly proceeded to be, staring the youth down aggressively while telling him he's "been here longer than [he's] fucking been alive," and threatening that if he wants to "test him" he'll throw him in jail. The youth responds he'd "like to go to work," to which MacLeod tells him "then don't be a little wise ass 20-year-old punk." I guess he feels such an attitude is reserved only for law enforcement. Miami Beach police say they're looking into the incident, but say the young man has yet to file a complaint. No doubt the same people who hired this unstable psycho will also serve as a good check on his power. |
