Alleged rape victim likely to testify at former cop's hearing


The 78-year-old woman identified only as "Jane Doe" will testify against the former officer, Gary Dale Baker, 49, in a "conditional examination" that Sacramento Superior Court Judge Laurel D. White set for March 6.
