LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville Metro Police officer is facing serious allegations that he lied about an altercation with a 12-year-old student in order to cover up his use of force. According to court documents, Jackie Miller is an LMPD officer who also provides security for Frost Middle School, a JCPS school at the corner of Watson Lane and Sandray Blvd. On Oct 1, authorities say Miller had a physical altercation with a 12-year-old student at the school. The next day, authorities say Miller filed a juvenile citation against the student, "alleging facts which he knew to be false about the incident."
