Home Invasions, Public and Private

On the morning of October 4, Sandy, Utah resident Clayton Green was greeted at his door by a man displaying a badge and identifying himself as a police officer. Within seconds, the elderly man and his wife were thrown to the floor and handcuffed with zip ties while another man – whose face was concealed – held a gun to their foreheads.

The intruders were not police carrying out a so-called dynamic entry raid; instead, they were armed robbers of a more conventional variety posing as police.



A few days later another armed raid was carried out against an elderly couple in Salt Lake City. Michael and Teresa Ryan were terrorized by an armed gang that busted down their front door and held them at gunpoint. This time, it was the police – specifically, a federally supervised joint narcotics task force – that committed this act of terrorism.



According to Salt Lake City Police Chief Chris Burbank, the only problem with this raid was that it took place at the wrong address. Drug Enforcement Administration Agent Frank Smith, whose agency participated in that assault, blithely explained that “law enforcement, unfortunately, is not a perfect science.”

In fact, law enforcement in contemporary America is practically indistinguishable from organized crime.

687 we have penalties for citizens who break the laws in the hope that it will slow down these acts.but if you are some kind of government employ its excused as a mistake?ops sorry I violated your rights to enforce our ends justify the means agenda,excuse me.by the way fuck you,as they holster their weapons they had pointed at you.provided they didn,t shoot you.there are truly bad people in the world.everywhere.

I sleep on a bed over a loaded 12 gauge Mossberg. My Keltek 9mm is on my bedstand, and my bedroom door is around a small corner from my bed, with a mirror at the end of the hall. My .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk hangs on the coatrack at the top of the stairs, and my .45 ACP SIG is in my kitchen, next to the napkins. Invade my house and die. Identify yourself as police outside my front door and then show me a warrant, and we will have no problems. Anything else, on my property, in my house, near my family - I will defend myself and them. Anything else is unacceptable.

6477 And our ability and RIGHT to defend ourselves, so that cops can kick down doors and then have property they can sell (instead of waiting for the people they're after to go to the store or something, and they CAN'T stay in a house forever), is GONE. It's been ruled by judges all over the country that WE NO LONGER HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND OURSELVES AGAINST ARMED AND VIOLENT PEOPLE BREAKING INTO OUR HOMES! Just in case they might be cops, you know. Well, anybody can get a gun, anyone big enough can kick down a door, and anyone can yell, "Police! Get down on the floor!" And there will ALWAYS be citizens who, when something like that happens, will blow said invaders to Hell, and rightly so, whatever corporate-owned judges say. Let the damned police do their jobs right, forgo the money from property sales, and arrest their suspects on the street. They've killed and injured more ordinary, innocent citizens than than have criminals! The COPS are the main danger now, not the crooks!
