Call Flood: Police slaughter dog

This is one of the most disgusting videos I’ve ever seen. Two Missouri Police officers are attempting to capture a dog that is leashed to a truck. The dog lays down at one point in the video and throughout is anything but vicious. As soon as one of the officers gets the dog on the pole it takes off, presumably, scared. Words cannot explain what happens next, start video at 4:40 mark.

These officers shouldn’t be allow to serve the community if they can’t get a dog under control without using force. What is it with Missouri police shooting dogs? Is there some sort of dog phobia in Missouri I don’t know about? If I lived there I’d be keeping my dog as far away from police as possible. They’re fucking monsters.
I figured I would re-post it to the main feed because I located the contact information for the police department these cops work for. If this video disgusts you as much as it did me, give the Lagrange police a call at 573-655-4611 and let them know about your feelings. You could also try calling City Hall or signing this petition which a Cop Block supporter linked us to.

The police chief is–surprise, surprise–defending the actions of these officers, claiming that they “they did what they had to do,” but he should know better. Let’s make sure they don’t get off the hook for this senseless act of violence.

6834 The police officer is a brutal coward. He should be arrested, and tried for murder in the 1st degree.

Chief Larry Penn: Either arrest this man, or resign. If you fail to enforce the law on your own police, then you do not deserve to be a public servant. It was clear that the animal was restrained, and prior to the restraint, was docile.

Perhaps you should spend some time in training about animals, too.

At no time was this animal behaving aggressively toward the police. It was attacking the pole around it's neck, in an attempt to escape. Why? Because it was scared. It seems that was an appropriate reaction, seeing the way it was gunned down while in restraint.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to find multiple members of this "police force" who have had suspects in restraints with severe injury. Probably a few shot while cuffed, also.

If you live in Lagrange, MO, and have a pet, it is time to move.

Even if the dog had behaved aggressivelly towards the tin-heads, it still would have been no reason to shoot it.

They should have fucking left it alone.

And no, Marc, it isn't "time to move." It is time to stop police brutality altogether. Moving won't help. People must gain back their humanity and backbone and put an end to this state of affairs, simple as that.

24176 Absolutely abhorrent behavior! This sickened me to no end. This type of mindless behavior most certainly deserves a resignation or firing at a minimum even with favorable department treatment. Kudos to freedom man. It is time for so many to regain their sense of humanity.
