A report claiming an NGO with links to the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society is encouraging migrants in Mexico to "vote for President Biden" when they arrive in the US is being called into question by Fox News' Bill Melugin.

"I am extremely skeptical of this," Melugin said Tuesday on X. "The flier appears to be a word for word Google Translate copy & paste of a portion of the NGO's English website, with 'vote for Biden' randomly added in at the end, when it does not appear on the site. The translation is bad, then you have 'bienvenidos' spelled wrong and 'todos con Biden' added onto the flier with a Biden logo."

"There's plenty of controversy with some NGO's, but this flier seems fake or doctored, even at first glance."

Here's the original thread from the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project:

CBS News reported in February that migrants in Mexico had made over 64 million requests in just the previous 13 months to enter the US through the "CBP One" app (described by critics as a "concierge service" for illegals) pushed by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

[This post has been updated with new info from Bill Melugin suggesting it could be disinfo.]
