Special counsel Robert Mueller's witch hunt is strangling his targets financially as fighting against Mueller's team of taxpayer financed lawyers does not come cheap. From The Daily Beast: Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort parted ways with WilmerHale, the law firm defending him, earlier this week. That was largely because Bob Mueller’s 16-lawyer Russia probe—which is targeting him—has shifted its focus and is drilling down on tax issues, which aren’t WilmerHale’s specialty. But the parting of ways with WilmerHale was also in part because Manafort’s finances are increasingly strained, according to sources familiar with the situation. This is a textbook shakedown campaign where the federal government bankrupts it's victims by dragging out legal proceedings. There is clearly zero interest in justice. It's remarkable how Mueller's huge team of Clinton donating lawyers are being allowed to cash in on the taxpayers dime to carry out opposition research against Trump for the Democrats to use in the 2020 election. Meanwhile, that's the best case scenario. Worst case, taxpayers are paying these goons to carry out the overthrow of their democratically elected president in a deep state coup.
