  The thug seen assaulting an elderly woman at a pool party in North Lauderdale, Florida on Saturday has been identified as 16-year-old Leon Balfour Jr.Balfour was outed by internet sleuths on 4Chan's /pol/ shortly after video of his assault went viral.
The Broward Sheriff's Office identified his victim as 68-year-old Nancy James of North Lauderdale. WPBF reports Balfour was arrested on Monday after turning himself in to authorities at around 5 p.m. Balfour has been charged with one count of battery on a person 65 years of age or older. He's currently being held at Broward Regional Juvenile Facility. If tried as an adult, he faces minimum three years in prison.
Balfour is allegedly the son of a convicted murderer.
