  Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov chided NBC News' Andrea Mitchell on Wednesday after she shouted out a question at Secretary of State Rex Tillerson."Mr. Secretary, the Russians don't believe the intelligence," she was heard shouting during their meeting in Moscow, "How confident are you, Mr. Secretary—?" "Who was bringing you up," Lavrov responded. "Who has given you your manners?"
