The entirely false Black Lives Matter narrative has claimed another victim.
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has willingly immersed himself into controversy by refusing to stand for the playing of the national anthem in protest of what he deems are wrongdoings against African Americans and minorities in the United States.
"I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color," Kaepernick told NFL Media in an exclusive interview after the game. "To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."Good thing he's not looking for approval as he just alienated at least half of America.
Of course, everything he said is complete nonsense, as Heather Mac Donald explained earlier this week in her video "Are The Police Racist?":
A recent “deadly force” study by Washington State University researcher Lois James found that police officers were LESS likely to shoot unarmed black suspects than unarmed white or Hispanic ones in simulated threat scenarios. Harvard economics professor Roland Fryer analyzed more than 1,000 officer-involved shootings across the country. He concluded that there is ZERO evidence of racial bias in police shootings. In Houston, he found that blacks were 24% LESS likely than whites to be shot by officers even though the suspects were armed or violent. There's plenty more to debunk this entirely false narrative:
Kaepernick's history is quite interesting considering the bullsh*t he's spewing.
Kaepernick was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Heidi Russo, a 19-year-old woman who was single and destitute at the time. His birth father, an African American, was out of the picture before he was born. Russo placed her son for adoption with Rick and Teresa Kaepernick, a white couple who had two children—son Kyle and daughter Devon—and were looking for a boy after having lost two other sons to heart defects. Kaepernick became the youngest of their three children.Sounds like "whitey" has really kept him down. That $114,000,000 6-year contract he signed really shows how "oppressed" he is as a black man in racist America.
Due to believing in the entirely false narrative pushed in the media by the well funded Soros shills in the Black Lives Matter movement, Kaepernick may have just thrown his career away to propagate a lie.
