UBS whistleblower Bradley Birkenfeld told CNBC he's "sure" the CIA is behind the Panama Papers leak, saying the only people being targeted are the "enemies of the United States" like Russia and China. CNBC reports: Bradley Birkenfeld is the most significant financial whistleblower of all time, so you might think he'd be cheering on the disclosures in the new Panama Papers leaks.
