When confronted with a video Wednesday of the mother of a Benghazi victim saying that she was lied to by Hillary Clinton, the Democratic frontrunner responded by saying, “she’s wrong. She’s absolutely wrong.”
[...]Clinton told the audience she feels “a great deal of sympathy for the families” of the victims and she “can’t imagine the grief that she has for losing her son.” But, she then definitively said “she [the mother of the Benghazi victim] was absolutely wrong.”
Clinton continued her answer to explain the complexity of the situation that happened. She said that they were scrambling to get the information, and then they would have to go back and update the information they had said due to new intel. She told the audience about how she testified for 11 hours about the attack and how the Republicans said there was nothing new to find.
She ended her answer by saying that there were lessons to be learned from the Benghazi attacks.
