 What the hell is Little Narco popping? This is the third time he's been filmed popping some mystery substance into his mouth. If it's just a breath mint as some have suggested, why is he so sketchy about it? Also, why is he so neurotic over taking breath mints when no one will even smell his breath? It's bizarre.
