Nancy Grace: "People on Pot Shoot, Stab and Strangle Each Other"

Former government prosecutor Nancy Grace provides an excellent representation of your average government prosecutor: a delusional, self-righteous, egomaniac willing to go to any length to obfuscate the truth and secure a conviction, or in this case to prove a point. Like Javert from Les Miserables, their moral doctrine in life is "upholding the law"; upholding the law is moral goodness and disobedience to the state is sin.

In this clip from her TV show, she says she's against legalizing marijuana because she's seen cases where marijuana users "shoot," "stab," and "strangle" people. She even says pot users commit DUIs and "wipe out entire families."

Incidentally, people completely sober do all those same things, but what's that matter when you're a government prosecutor trying to create hysteria?

The clip is an absolute pleasure to watch as one of her guests from MPP points out she's spewing 1930's reefer-madness propaganda, points out she's wrong on everything, and has a good laugh at her expense.

Remember as you watch this that this evil woman spent her entire life manufacturing such hysteria to get innocent people convicted for crimes they did not commit. There's likely people rotting in prison right now because this amoral liar convinced a jury of morons to convict them through such hysterics.

Update: Here's a new video proving my point exactly. It shows Nancy making the exact opposite argument during the Trayvon Martin case saying people on pot are "lethargic," "less likely to pick a fight with someone," and less likely to engage in "mortal combat.":
